Every food we eat has Some Mineral Content. The Question Is, How Many Minerals Do I get From Just Eating?

The bottom line is that it's impossible to avoid taking in minerals if we eat. But is that enough? According to many scientific studies, in a large portion of the population, it isn't enough. So, what do we do about that shortfall?

There's no question about the answer. The best way to fill the gap between what we need and what we take in is to supplement our diet with a mineral supplement. But how much should we take?

This depends on how deficient our diet is. In a large majority of the population, folks are modestly short of the vital minerals required for good health.
