Big Island Fruit Salad with Pineapple and Mandarin Orange Slices:  

 

Ingredients: Serves 4

 

1 Cup canned sliced pineapple

1 Cup canned Mandarin Oranges

1 Cup white grapes

1 Cup Granny Smith apples- sliced (peal if you like)

Hawaiian Sea Minerals to taste (Spritzer)

Mint leaves

 

Direction:

 

Combine all ingredients into a large serving bowl.

Place portions into 4 smaller bowl to serve.

Spritz on Hawaiian Sea Minerals to taste

Top with mint leaves

 

You can also add:

 

Raisins

Blueberries

Raspberries

Cantaloupe

Walnuts

Cashews

 

Add other fruit and nuts in season.
